About Me

For more than a decade, I have created highly original, award-winning culinary concepts for leading television networks, digital platforms, and cookbook publishers.  

Working closely with programming executives at the Food Network, Oprah Winfrey Network, Netflix, and Discovery+, I have developed and executed highly successful concepts for much-loved shows such as Iron Chef America, Beat Bobby Flay, Guy’s Grocery Games, The Kitchen, Lovely Bites, Tregaye’s Way, Food Fantasies, and Tanya's Kitchen Table. 

Typically, I have been responsible for program development, talent training and on-air production, recipes, product testing, and food styling.  In addition, I am well known for managing kitchenware development and testing, social media programming, and workflow optimization. I also routinely recruit, train, and manage the professional development of culinary personnel.
